These Terms & Conditions apply to the services provided by Haynes Career Studio. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Haynes Career Studio provides career support services including CV reviews, CV optimisation, LinkedIn optimisation, job search strategy support and AI career guidance.
Our services are designed to provide practical career support and guidance. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, promotions or any particular career outcome.
The services available through Haynes Career Studio may include:
Free CV Reviews
CV Optimisation
LinkedIn Optimisation
CV and LinkedIn Packages
Job Search Strategy Support
AI Career Guidance Reports
Other career support services introduced from time to time
The exact service provided will depend on the service purchased and the information provided to the client.
Free CV Reviews provide general feedback intended to help identify areas where a CV could potentially be strengthened.
A free review does not include a full rewrite or complete CV optimisation unless a paid service has been purchased.
Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The price of each service will be displayed before purchase.
Once payment has been received, Haynes Career Studio will begin the requested work in accordance with the advertised service and estimated turnaround time.
Estimated turnaround times will be communicated for each service.
Turnaround times may vary depending on the service, the information supplied by the client and the volume of work being undertaken.
Where additional information is required from the client, the turnaround period may be affected.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required to provide the service.
Clients should carefully check all information contained within their CV, LinkedIn profile or other documents before using them for job applications.
Haynes Career Studio is not responsible for inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information supplied by a client.
Clients remain responsible for ensuring that their CV and other application materials accurately represent their qualifications, experience, employment history and skills.
Haynes Career Studio will not knowingly create false qualifications, employment history, achievements or other misleading information.
AI tools may be used where appropriate to assist with career support. Any AI-generated suggestions should be reviewed for accuracy and suitability before being used.
Where revisions are included within a purchased service, they must relate to the original service requested.
Requests that substantially change the original scope of work may require an additional fee.
If we identify an error caused by Haynes Career Studio, we will make reasonable corrections without additional charge.
Payments are processed through our payment provider, Stripe.
Prices are displayed before purchase and may be changed for future orders.
A payment receipt or confirmation may be provided following a successful transaction.
Because our paid services involve personalised work, the right to cancel may be affected once work has begun, subject to applicable UK consumer protection law.
Where work has not yet begun, clients may contact us to request cancellation.
Where work has already started, any cancellation or refund request will be considered in accordance with applicable consumer rights and the circumstances of the order.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory rights you may have under UK law.
Where a service is delivered digitally, the completed work may be provided by email, Google Drive or another appropriate digital method.
Clients are responsible for providing an accurate email address and ensuring they can access files supplied electronically.
Unless otherwise agreed, the original materials, templates, processes and resources created by Haynes Career Studio remain the intellectual property of Haynes Career Studio.
Materials supplied specifically for a client may be used by that client for their own personal career and job-search purposes.
Clients must not reproduce, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit Haynes Career Studio's original templates, materials or resources without written permission.
We will treat client information and documents as confidential and will only use them for legitimate purposes connected with providing the requested service, managing the business or meeting legal obligations.
Further information about how personal information is handled can be found in our Privacy Policy.
Haynes Career Studio cannot guarantee that a client will receive interviews, job offers, promotions, salary increases or employment as a result of using our services.
Employment decisions are made by individual employers and are outside our control.
We provide career support and guidance based on the information available to us.
Clients remain responsible for decisions they make regarding employment applications, career choices and the use of materials we provide.
To the extent permitted by law, Haynes Career Studio is not responsible for losses arising from decisions made by a client or an employer's decision not to progress an application.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Our website may contain links to or use third-party services, including Google services and Stripe.
We are not responsible for the availability, security or policies of third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices or legal requirements.
The latest version will be published on this page.
